National Aviary, Pittsburgh

Julie and Les came out for a visit in January of 2002. They stayed at Seven Springs as part of a deal with Julie's workplace. Laurie and I met them up there for an afternoon of snow tubing (pictures coming!) and then they came down the mountain and spent a few days in Pittsburgh. One of the things we did was go to the National Aviary in Pittsburgh. I HIGHLY recommend it to anybody visiting Pittsburgh. And if you live nearby and haven't been there, you should go. Educational, fun, and lots of beautiful birds. Check out The National Aviary Web Site for all the details like hours and admission fees. A great place for adults and kids.
