LAURIE'S BIRTHDAY WEEKEND EXTRAVAGANZA 2001

Ok, the first event was to go bowling. Doh!! There were leagues going on when we got there. So we played some pinball.

One of Laurie's favorite restaurants is Chi Chi's. While Laurie used the restroom, I mentioned to the host that it was her birthday. She got Fried Ice Cream for free!!
Not a great picture, but another night, another dinner out. We ate at the Outback Steakhouse as part of Laurie's Birthday Weekend Extravaganza!!

During the Penguins games, they have this penguin yell "ARE YOU REEEEEEAAAAADDDDYYYYY????" to get the crowd going. The words match his mouth moving exactly and Laurie LOVES the little penguin.
My birthday is just 11 days after Laurie's. She surprised me with a brownie smothered in ice cream and whipped cream...yum!!
One of my presents was a Penguins mug...glug, glug!!
We did other things too...and we did go back and go bowling after the leagues were done. We had a great weekend. Guess I better start planning Laurie's Birthday Weekend Extravaganza 2002!!
