The house I bought is livable...we really don't need to do anything to make it more comfortable or need to do something major (like electric work or floor repair, etc). But it's not brand new either. There are many projects Laurie and I want to do. The problem (as anybody who bought a house knows) is either you have the time but not the money, or the money but not the time. Right now, we have the time, but not the money.
We have attempted some repairs/improvements. The pictures and stories are below. Of course, more will be added as we do more to the house.
