This is Canada's memorial to the Women's Rights movement, mainly trying to get the Senate to allow women Senators. It's called the Women Are Persons statues. There were a total of five women who spearheaded the Women's Rights movement in the 1920's and are known as The Famous Five. Finally, in 1929, the Senate passed a law that allowed women to run for Senate. I had to watch where I put my hands...didn't want to get slapped by those women!!
