This is the Teco Power Plant in Apollo Beach, Florida. Manatees hang out here in the winter since the water that the plant uses for cooling comes back out of the plant nice and warm. There is a Manatee Viewing Center with a lot of information about Manatees (including a short film), a viewing platform, and a gift shop.
